Booking Your Appointment & Payments

You can book your appointment via email or by using the direct online booking system on this website. For bookings please email foryoubookings@gmail.com 

Please Note: Your booking is NOT confirmed until I have contacted you to confirm all the details.

ForYou Beauty accepts the following methods of payments: Cash, BACS & Card Payments (Credit & Debit). If you require an invoice to make payment, please email Renita at foryoubookings.gmail.com to request this.

Appointments

Please arrive for your appointment on time. Please do not arrive early as I don't have a waiting area and you may also interrupt my previous clients session. If you are running late please let me know, but this will mean that your treatment time will be shorter if I am back to back with clients.

 

No Shows

If you don't turn up for your appointment with no communication and you wish to book in again a 50% non refundable booking fee will be required.

Booking Fee

A £5 non refundable booking fee is required to secure your booking. Once your payment has been received this will mean that your appointment is  confirmed. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your booking. Your booking is NOT confirmed until your non refundable booking fee has been received.

You can make payment for your booking fee via BACS or PayPal. The details are below

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your booking you must give at least 24 hours notice. For cancellations made less than 24 hours a 50% fee will be charged. If you have made your booking online and you cancel within 24 hours a 50% fee of your total treatment cost will be charged to your card.

 

Treatments over £50 require a 50% non refundable booking fee (payable via PayPal or bank transfer)

 

Any appointments at the busiest times will require a 50% non refundable booking fee.

 

All booking fees will be deducted from the full treatment price, as long as there is no cancellation within 24hrs prior to treatment (48hrs in December)

Health Changes

If you have any changes to your health in between appointments, please advise me so I can update your details accordingly and advise if the treatment will still be suitable,

Consultation

Once you have made a booking I will email you the link to the consultation form. Paper versions will no longer be available due to NEW health & safety procedures that have been put in place due to COVID-19.

Working Environment

Due to my work placement being in a home environment and to ensure my safety a family member is always on site with me.

 

Please Note: This is not a sensual service and any abusive, inappropriate or indecent behaviour will result in your treatment ending immediately without any refund given, and reported to the police where necessary.

 

As much as I love children, unfortunately I do not allow children to attend your appointment with you. This is due to insurance policies and for their own healthy & safety. Please ensure that you have arranged childcare around the time of your appointment. 

Parking Restrictions

Free parking is available on Ingrave or Wye street in Battersea all day but is limited. There is Pay & Display parking available from 9:30am-4:30pm. If your appointment is outside of these hours then parking is free.

 

If you have booked in for a mobile appointment ( very limited bookings)  if parking restrictions apply, costs will need to be covered or a permit will need to be provided.

Memberships

All memberships subscriptions can be cancelled with one month notice. Notice must be received in writing addressed to foryoubookings@gmail.com. You cannot cancel with the month you signed up unless it is within the 7 day cooling period.

  1. If you sign up and change your mind, you have a 7 day cooling off period. If you cancel your membership within this time you will receive a full refund if payment has been taken. 

  2. If you need to cancel your booking, please provide me with 24 hours so I can offer the availability to another client.

  3. Payments are  recurring and will be taken by direct debit through Go Cardless.

  4. If you fail to cancel your appointment or are a no show, there will be a £10 charge. Unfortunately you won't be able to book any further appointments until the fee has been paid.

  5. ForYou Beauty can cancel your subscription at any time.

  6.  There is no fixed term contract.

  7.  We reserve the right at our absolute discretion not to renew your subscription at any time without giving any reasons for our decision.

  8. You cannot combine your membership with any offers or vouchers.

  9. Appointments are only available from 5:45pm- 21:00pm Monday to Friday, Saturdays 10:00-17:00pm, Sundays 12:00pm-16:00pm. Hours maybe extended during busy periods.

  10. Add ons are only available to customers who purchase Keep It Sweet Package or the Pick Me Up Package.

  11. If you are selecting more than one add on the 50% discount will be applied to the lowest treatment.

  12. To purchase your add ons please fill in the contact form online or contact Renita at foryoubookings@gmail.com.

  13. Treatments are available once per month.

  14. To book in for your eyelash extensions please contact Luxe Spot  quoting your name and your membership package.
